Charity worker Nigel Betts, 48, spotted the huge stone figurines on the westbound M4 yesterday (WEDS) just before 3.30pm and caught the moment on his dash cam. The busts had been snapped in central London earlier the same day and dad-of-two Nigel, from Somerset, believes they were en route to their next publicity stunt location. - SEE MERCURY COPY.
