Keiko Yamamoto is known as the ‘Sushi Queen’ and has made Japanese food for the rich and famous however is a secret lover of the high-street bakery after moving to London in 1990s. Nagasaki-born Keiko, who also runs private cookery classes and makes online sushi-making tutorials, has used ingredients bought from her local Greggs in the bizarre creations. The world-renowned chef, who has cooked for the likes of Liam Gallagher, whips up a steak bake nigiri, jam doughnut rolls, cheese and onion onigirazu, sausage roll dragon rolls and pink sushi doughnuts.
